Standard delivery times are quoted at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners once goods have left our warehouse.
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Opened consumable items (filters, coffee beans, water minerals) cannot be returned.
